Hades Studio is an independent software studio. We work remotely with clients around the world, in English, on web apps, mobile apps and AI features.
We are engineers first. Our clients come to us for a team that can take a product from a rough idea to production and keep it running afterwards.

Small team, senior attention
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so that each one gets engineers who know the whole system.
Written communication first
Decisions, estimates and daily progress are written down. You can catch up at any hour without waiting for a meeting.
Honest about trade-offs
When a feature is expensive, risky or unnecessary, we say so and propose a simpler option.
Built to be handed over
Tests, documentation and conventional tooling, so another team can take over the code without us.
Working across time zones
Our working hours are in UTC+8, and we communicate in writing. For clients in Europe our afternoon overlaps with your morning. For clients in the Americas, work continues while you are offline, and you start each day with a written update and progress to review.
